Intelligent home – Security and safety

The solution should increase security and safety of the inhabitants. The system could:
- switch lights on and off to simulate presence of the inhabitants
- detect intruders with infra-red/ultrasound barrier and fire up alarms (siren, SMS, call the security team)
- a motion detector can take a picture using a camera and send it on mobile device
- prevent to freeze water in pipes by ensuring the temperature is above 0 degrees
- prevent electric shock by disconnecting all unused wall sockets
The system could support several security modes like:
- disarmed
- armed – away
- armed – at home
- sleeping
Also the solution itself should be based on secure standards to limit vulnerabilities.
